Live Events & Conferences
Turn one event into a year of content.
HR summits, attorney conferences, the NFL Wives Association, charity galas — we cover the room with multi-camera crews, stream it live, and hand you the content that sells next year's tickets.
Full-service event production
Multi-Camera Coverage
Two to six operated cameras, wireless audio off the board, and a director calling the show — every keynote, panel, and breakout captured broadcast-clean.
Live Streaming & Hybrid
Broadcast-quality streams to your platform, your members, or the world — with a redundant encoder path so a hotel's wifi never ends your show.
Same-Week Highlights
A sizzle reel while the room is still buzzing, so registration for next year opens on momentum instead of memory.
Speaker Reels for Presenters
Every presenter walks away with their own cut — a value-add most conferences can't offer, and a referral engine for your event.
Sponsor Visibility
Logos, activations, and sponsor moments built into the frame and the edit, so renewal conversations start with proof.
Photography & Stills
Stage, crowd, and candid coverage delivered alongside video for press, social, and next year's promotional material.
Event Branding & Mic Flags
In-house designed, 3D-printed mic flags and on-stage branding that puts your event's mark in every photo taken all weekend.
The Follow-Up System
Attendee and sponsor inquiries land in CRM Connect and get answered instantly — the growth engine under the production.
Case study
The Attorneys Resource Conference
The Attorneys Resource Conference brings Michigan's legal community together in Grand Rapids — and The Studio Creative produces it. Not just the cameras: the brand, the promotional campaign, the registration path, the room, and the content that comes out of it.
Every year the conference is filmed multi-camera, every session captured, every speaker sent home with their own reel. That footage becomes the following year's marketing — the sizzle that fills seats, the proof that closes sponsors, and the social content that keeps ARC visible between events.
Underneath it, CRM Connect handles the part most events lose money on: registrations, speaker submissions, and sponsor inquiries route automatically, get answered immediately, and stay tracked through to the sale.

Pink Night Flint: $5,000 to $250,000+ a year
We were part of the founding Pink Night Flint team — the group that took a local breast cancer awareness event donating roughly $5,000 a year and built it into an award-winning fundraiser clearing $250,000+ annually by the end of our tenure. Same community, same cause; what changed was the brand, the storytelling, and a machine for turning attention into action.
That's the thinking we bring to every event we touch, whether it's a charity gala or a professional conference: growth is a production problem as much as a fundraising one.

FAQs
How far in advance should we book?
Most conferences lock us in three to six months out. That lead time lets us walk the venue, plan camera positions, and coordinate with your AV team well before load-in.
Can you work with our existing AV vendor?
Routinely. We take a clean audio feed from the board and stay out of the AV team's way — we've done it in hotel ballrooms, theaters, and convention halls across Michigan.
Do you travel outside Michigan?
Yes. We're based in Grand Blanc with a second market in Lake Placid, Florida, and we travel for multi-day conferences nationwide.
What do we get, and when?
Highlight content within the same week, full session recordings after post, and speaker cuts for every presenter. Timelines are set in the production agreement before the event.
Let's make next year the one they talk about.
Tell us the venue, the dates, and the goal — you'll get a real producer's plan, not a rate sheet.
