Privacy Policy
The Studio Creative LLC (“The Studio Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through thestudiocreative.com and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form, mic flag order, or newsletter signup, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you tell us about your project.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and only for analytics and advertising purposes if you consent (see Section 4).
Client project information. In the course of production and marketing work we may hold materials our clients share with us — brand assets, footage, customer lists used for campaigns, and account access. This information is handled under our client agreements and used only to deliver the contracted work.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to inquiries and prepare quotes or proposals;
- deliver, support, and improve the services you hire us for;
- send marketing communications you have asked to receive;
- understand how the site is used so we can improve it;
- keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Marketing Communications
If you request a quote or opt in, we may contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your inquiry and related services. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, reply STOP to marketing texts, or email us at the address below. We will still send transactional messages related to work in progress.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to make the site function. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies — including services such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms — to understand traffic and measure campaigns. When you first visit, you can accept all cookies or choose essential only, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in our footer. Marketing and analytics scripts do not load unless you consent.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for responding to it, our cookie banner is the way to control tracking on this site.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our business — including our CRM and marketing platform (HighLevel, which powers CRM Connect), hosting and site infrastructure, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and payment processing — who may use it only to provide services to us;
- Clients and partners where you have engaged with a campaign, event, or property we run on their behalf, and only as relevant to that engagement;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public;
- A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Third-Party Services and Links
Our site links to and embeds third-party services — including video hosting, social platforms, scheduling, and payment tools. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
7. Data Retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Project files and footage are retained per the terms of the applicable client agreement.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, a copy of your information in a portable format, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, email us using the contact details below. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Photography and Video at Events
We produce live events and conferences. Attendees may appear in photography or video captured at those events, which the event organizer and The Studio Creative may use for coverage, promotion, and archival purposes. If you appear in event footage and have a concern, contact us and we will work with the organizer to address it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services and the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
