These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thestudiocreative.com (the “Site”) operated by The Studio Creative LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our production, web, and marketing services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not in a way that infringes anyone's rights, interferes with others' use, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
2. Intellectual Property
The content, layout, design, code, graphics, video, and photography on this Site are owned by The Studio Creative LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as described below, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or store our content without our prior written consent.
Portfolio downloads. Where we offer a download or share option on a portfolio video, that file is provided for viewing and sharing as-is. It remains our property or that of the client it was produced for. It may not be edited, resold, used in advertising, or presented as your own work.
Client marks. Client names, logos, and footage shown on this Site remain the property of those clients and appear here to identify work we produced.
3. Services, Quotes, and Agreements
Information on the Site is not an offer or a binding quote. Services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work that governs scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, revisions, usage rights, and cancellation. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Submissions and Inquiries
When you submit a form on the Site, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Unsolicited ideas or materials you send us are not treated as confidential unless we have a written agreement saying otherwise.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site links to and embeds third-party services and websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Links are not endorsements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Studio Creative LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Liability arising from contracted services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Studio Creative LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.
10. Changes to the Site and Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Genesee County, Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
